W444 Terms & Conditions – Please Read Before Using the Platform

These terms and conditions apply to all members who use the w444 platform, including the website w444.biz and the mobile app. In this document, "w444", "we", and "platform" refer to the entity operating w444, while "member", "you", and "user" refer to any registered or unregistered individual accessing w444's services.

By accessing w444 or creating an account, you are deemed to have fully accepted these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using w444's services.

These Terms & Conditions are governed under an international gaming license. w444 operates under the supervision of an internationally recognized authority. Members outside Bangladesh may be subject to the laws of their own country.

To create an account on w444, you must meet the following requirements. w444 reserves the right to close any account at any time if these requirements are not fulfilled.

• You must be at least 18 years old. Registration or use of w444 by anyone under this age is strictly prohibited.
• Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found to belong to the same individual, all accounts may be closed.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration. Providing false or incorrect information may result in account closure and forfeiture of your balance.
• You must use a mobile number registered in your own name. Accounts cannot be opened using someone else's number.
• You are not accessing our services from a country where online gaming is prohibited by law.

After registration, w444 may request identity verification (KYC) at any time. Verification is mandatory before large withdrawals. Failure to cooperate with the verification process may result in your account being suspended or permanently closed.

You are solely responsible for the security of your w444 account. Never share your login credentials — especially your password — with anyone. You will be held accountable for all activity carried out through your account.

• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact w444 Support immediately.
• Selling, transferring, or renting your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• Accounts may not be operated on behalf of another person.

W444 reserves the right to temporarily suspend any account during an investigation. If unusual activity is detected — such as irregular betting patterns or logins from multiple IP addresses — additional verification may be required.

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 via mobile banking, ৳1,000 via card.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳200. The maximum daily withdrawal limit depends on your account tier and verification status.
• Deposits must be made only from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• For suspicious transactions, w444 may request additional documentation.

W444 does not charge any service fee on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (such as bKash or your bank) may apply their own charges — w444 is not responsible for these. After receiving a bonus, specific wagering requirements may need to be met before a withdrawal can be made; full details are provided in the Bonus section.

Please read these rules carefully before placing a bet on w444. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled — so make sure to verify all details before placing your bet.

• The minimum bet is ৳50, and the maximum bet varies depending on the match and market.
• Once a bet is accepted, the original odds remain fixed regardless of any subsequent changes.
• Betting closes before the match begins. For in-play betting, rules apply while the match is in progress.
• If a match is cancelled, the associated bet is considered void and the stake is refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, w444 reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• If one selection in a parlay bet is cancelled, the parlay continues with the remaining selections.

Betting is prohibited for w444 employees and their immediate family members. In cases of match-fixing or suspicious betting patterns, w444 reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities and withhold payments from the account in question.

W444 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer comes with its own terms and conditions, which are detailed on the respective offer page. The general bonus rules are outlined below.

• Each bonus can only be claimed once — the same bonus cannot be claimed multiple times from the same account, IP address, or device.
• A wagering requirement must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn. Welcome bonuses typically carry a wagering requirement of 5× to 10×.
• Bonuses are valid for a set period — any unused bonus will expire once the validity period ends.
• Bonuses may only be used for betting and cannot be withdrawn directly.
• VIP cashback bonuses are directly withdrawable — no separate wagering requirement applies.

W444 reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus offer at any time. Members will be notified in advance of any changes made to an ongoing bonus. Failure to comply with bonus terms may result in the bonus being cancelled and any associated winnings being forfeited.

W444 takes responsible gaming seriously. Betting is for entertainment — it's not a guaranteed source of income, and that's important to keep in mind. w444 provides members with a range of protective tools to help stay in control.

• Deposit Limits: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Betting Limits: You can set your own maximum stake limit per single bet.
• Cooling-Off Period: A betting break can be taken for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Your account can be closed temporarily or permanently.

W444 takes the protection of minors seriously. If an account holder believes that a minor in their household may be able to access their account, they are advised to use parental control software.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on w444. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of your balance.

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once (bonus abuse).
• Participating in or facilitating match-fixing or any other illegal activity.
• Using automated betting software or bots.
• Any attempt at hacking or system manipulation.
• Operating an account on behalf of, or for use by, a minor.
• Depositing using money laundering proceeds or any illegal funds.
• Disrespectful behavior toward the support team or other members.

W444 is both obligated and authorized to share information with relevant financial institutions and law enforcement agencies in cases of suspicious activity.

If you disagree with any decision made by w444, please follow the process below. We are always committed to resolving member concerns quickly and fairly.

• Step One: Contact support via live chat or email and provide details of your issue. You will typically receive a first response within 24 hours.
• Step Two: If your issue is not resolved at the first response, your complaint will be escalated to our escalation team. This stage typically takes 3–5 business days.
• Step Three: If the issue remains unresolved after both steps above, you may escalate your complaint to the international gaming licensing authority.

In any dispute regarding betting outcomes, the log records stored in w444's database shall be treated as conclusive evidence. If technical errors can be demonstrated, w444 reserves the right to review the bet in question.

W444 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Members will be notified in advance of any major changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of w444 following any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

• Minor updates (such as corrections) may be made without prior notice.
• Members will be notified at least 7 days before any major changes take effect.
• If a member does not agree to the updated terms, they may close their account and withdraw their balance.

W444's decision shall be final in the interpretation and application of these terms, provided it remains consistent with the conditions of the international license. w444 does not accept liability for matters not directly applicable in Bangladesh.
